She was born in Rosario, Argentina, in 1937

She has exhibited her artwork in Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Brazil, England, Italy, Spain and Germany.

She has been awarded with scholarships by different institutions, such as Fondo Nacional de las Artes and Superior School of Fine Arts Ernesto de La Cárcova. Also by the British Council at Slade School of Fine Art, University of London, to study serigraphy  and do research on Art Education in England; by the Italian government, to attend a course on Graphic Art at Istituto Statale d'Arte di Urbino; by Partners of the Americas, to do research on Art Education in Los Angeles, United States.

In 1990, 1994 and 1996 she was invited to work as a resident artist in the Arts, Design and Humanities Faculty at University of Brighton, England.

From 1994 to 2002 she was Professor of Serigraphy at Escuela Provincial de Artes Visuales Juan Mantovani, Santa Fe. From 1994 to 2004 she coordinated a serigraphy course at Salamanca University, Spain. Also, she taught English, approaching the study of the language through art, for more than fifty years at San Bartolomé School.

She received many awards, such as: 1st Engraving Prize, Fondo Nacional de las Artes, J. B. Castagnino Fine Arts Museum (Rosario); 1st Engraving Prize, XII Salón Anual de Artistas Plásticos (Rosario), J. B. Castagnino Fine Arts Museum; 1° Acquisition Engraving Prize, XLVII Salón Nacional de Rosario; 2° Engraving National Prize, XXIX Salón Nacional; Riobó Caputto Prize, LXXIII Salón Anual de Santa Fe; Mention Prize, Salón Nacional de Artes Visuales; 1st Engraving Prize, Salón Nacional de Dibujo y Grabado de Entre Ríos; 2° Engraving Prize, III Bienal Argentina de Gráfica Latinoamericana (Buenos Aires); 1st Engraving Prize, Concurso Arches, Palacio de las Artes, Museo del Papel.

She took part in Estampa 2000, Salón Internacional del Grabado y Ediciones de Arte Contemporáneo, Madrid (Spain)  and was nominated by the Fine Arts National Academy for the Trabucco Engraving Prize.

In 2007 she received the 2º Ex Libris International Prize, at Sala Temática de Artes Gráficas from Lleida (Spain) and received an honorary mention at XXXV Premio Internacional de Grabado Carmen Arozena (Spain). In 2008, she was awarded with 3º Engraving Prize at Salón Manuel Belgrano.
Her work is part of national and foreign collections from museums and public institutions.

Nowadays, she develops a workshop on Art Education at San Bartolomé School in Rosario.
