She was born in 1937 in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.

Since 1969 she has exhibited her work in Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Brazil, England, Italy, Spain and Germany.

She has received scholarships from different institutions, such as Argentine National Arts Fund; Ernesto de la Cárcova School of Fine Arts; British Council, to attend Slade School of Fine Art at University of London, to study serigraphy and investigate Art Education in England; the Italian government, to attend a course on Graphic Art at Istituto Statale d’Arte de Urbino; Partners of the Americas, to investigate Art Education in Los Angeles, USA.

In 1990, 1994 and 1996, she was invited to work as a resident artist in the Arts, Design and Humanities Faculty at University of Brighton, England.

From 1994 to 2002, she was Professor of Serigraphy at Juan Mantovani School of Art, in Santa Fe. From 1994 to 2004, she coordinated a serigraphy course at Salamanca University, Spain. For over fifty years, she taught English, approaching the study of the language through art, at San Bartolomé School in Rosario.

She received many awards, such as: First Prize for Engraving, National Arts Fund, Castagnino Fine Arts Museum; First Prize for Engraving, XII Annual Salon of Artists from Rosario, Castagnino Fine Arts Museum; First Acquisition Prize for Engraving, XLVII National Salon of Rosario; Second National Prize for Engraving, XXIX National Salon; Riobó Caputto Prize, LXXIII Annual Salon of Santa Fe; Mention Prize, National Visual Arts Salon; First Prize for Engraving, National Salon for Drawing and Engraving of Entre Ríos; Second Prize for Engraving, III Latin-American Graphic Biennial, Buenos Aires; First Prize for Engraving, Arches Contest, Paper Museum, Buenos Aires.

She took part in Estampa 2000, International Salon for Engraving and Contemporary Art Editions, in Madrid. She was nominated for the Trabucco Prize for Engraving by the National Academy of Fine Arts. In 2007 she received the Second International Prize for Ex-Libris from the Graphic Arts Cabinet in Lleida (Spain), and received an Honorary Mention in the XXXV Carmen Arozena International Prize for Engraving (Spain). In 2008, she received the Third Prize for Engraving in Manuel Belgrano Art Salon.

Her work is part of national and foreign collections, in museums and public institutions.

Currently, she runs a workshop on Art Education at San Bartolomé School, in Rosario.
